Should I continue the vertical jump bible?
I did something to my Achilles tendon a week ago. Basketball game for an AAU team and wanted to increase my hops. I was doing some plyometrics before all this, and I was sitting one day and got up and had a sharp pain in my Achilles tendon. I'm 15. The cause of this was because of a repeated movement in the legs because of plyos. The doctor told me to stay out of it for a while. But when I was about to begin best vertical jump bible. Im not sure if I was doing just before plyometrics. But now I have the VJB and shows you how to do these exercises. So it would be VJB sure to start after getting a better right?
If your doctor has just told the rest of the area for a while, and not warn you that you must limit their long-term activities, then you should be fine to resume exercises once the pain is not normal activity. Just try to launch and increase exercise more slowly this time. Tendons are like muscles that need the opportunity to adapt to the types of activity you do. If you start too early, or increase the level activity too quickly, you'll end up more slowly improving in the long run, when you have to take a couple of weeks of complete rest.
